I'm sure that you will love your products however, non-personalised products can be returned in their original condition.
Personalised art and sale items are non-returnable. This doesn't affect any of your statutory rights.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.
Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.
A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery.
All returns must be received by Lelloliving within 14 days from request to qualify for a refund or credit note.
Damages and issues
All Items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 48 hours via firstname.lastname@example.org.. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
We need photographs of damage or defects to be able to understand the issue, and photographs of the packaging (for damages) to utilise our postal insurance and speed the process up for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
