Refund policy

I'm sure that you will love your products however, non-personalised products can be returned in their original condition. Personalised art, customised and sale items are non-returnable.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. A note with your order number will speed up the process.
To start a return, you can contact us at fran@lelloliving.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and without a note will not be accepted as we will be unable to verify the purchase.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, as is any insurance (except if the item is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect). We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. This will be processed within 7 working days of receipt via the original payment method.

All returns must be received by Lelloliving within 14 days from request to qualify for a refund. The returns address can be found on your postal label and here:

Damages and issues

All Items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 72 hours via info@lelloliving.com.. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time. 

We need photographs of damage or defects to be able to understand the issue, and photographs of the packaging (for damages) to utilise our postal insurance and speed the process up for you.

Exchanges

In addition to your legal rights, we offer exchanges if you wish to change your mind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you would prefer is to return the item you have, let us know and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
