What is the process for selecting your custom prints?
For premade personalised prints for wall, simply fill in the personalisation box with the name, date or quote print or whatever personalised print words text you'd like to add. If you want to leave any instructions, simply add them as a note to the order.
However, if you'd like to send your own artwork or photograph you will need to purchase a custom print and frame listing and email your design to fran@lelloliving.com where we can check it for suitability and prep it for printing.
We go the extra mile for your prints
At Lelloliving, we're used to being sent low quality or oddly shaped photographs and artwork so don't worry if yours is not in perfect condition! Please send us the best quality file you have and let us do the rest. We're happy to edit, crop and improve photos to give you the best result. We can also add text in any font, and create custom layouts.
For slightly fuzzy or small photographs or deigns, we run them through an ai image enhancer which will clean up the edges, and smooth out the image so that it will print the best quality available.
The technology is great, and can work wonders on most photographs but please be aware that very tiny or extremely pixelated photographs cannot be brought back to perfect condition - especially in the larger sizes. If you are at all unsure, send the file across in an email and we will happily take a look at it for you.
