Anne Pratt was a prolific artist, creating over 20 books that featured illustrations of British plants, algae, and fungi. Among her most notable works were her intricate botanical fern drawings. Pratt had a particular fondness for the natural geometry and delicate symmetry of ferns, creating fern print collections that remain sought-after till today.
